Pros

Great quality and durable product. Only gripe is the supplied cable is quite short (around 12 inches) and isn't a standard usb cable (one end is a propriety plug) also comes with a little faux leather pouch that you can carry the enclosure in.

Easy to install and very easy to dismantle. This is a great time saver when you need to extract information or perform imaging operations either via wikd/sccm/altiris or ghost. Comes without instructions but it is straightforward to use.

Cons

Accepts only 22 pin 2. Sata drive has 47 pins so obviously it doesn't fit. Kept ejecting itself. Case is basically a piece of plastic and the connection is weak, it's disconnected itself on multiple occasions.

So very pleased with the overall product

Feels like a quality product easy to insert you hdd

Even though there is a usb power supply cable supplied it worked fine for me just with the usb data cable

However do note that the cable is only short as well but is of good quality

Packaging/appearance

It will take you longer to get your drive out of the packaging than it will to install it in this caddy

Worked straight out of the packaging easy to fit my drive plugged it in and away it went
