The only problem that i had was the fact that it was advertised as ready for use with the imac but i actually had to reconfigure it to enable it to receive data from the imac

This was quite easy to do once you found the correct procedures but unfortunately there were no instructions with the hard drive and i had to search the internet to find the proper info

Just plugged it in to the usb socket on the tv the tv recognised the device straight away and that was all that it took to get it working
