Pros
A years supply for under £16 is exceptionally good value. You would be hard pressed to find as good a quality product cheaper. But remember not to exceed the limit.
Each bottle contains 10,000 micrograms of biotin. The tablets are small, and therefore easy to *. You get a years supply in a sealed bottle.
Cons
These tablets stink so bad, it makes me heave when i open the bottle. The filler is chalk and a ‘natural’ form of msg (mono sodium glutamate) the tablets are small and easy to *, but they smell strongly of sulphur.
