This is a staple supplement i use daily. Well, i still am creaky, but i have noticed my hair is thicker and darker.
Tea is the chaser. This product works sooo well!

Other collagen supplements went fine in a cup of tea or coffee but the aftertaste is gagworthy and would ruin my tea i reckon
