Pros
The only downfall is that it seems to be cracking with the heat. Apart from that it is a really good performing mat. A bit pricey compared to the quality.
Thickness takes the hardness off the wooden florr for my back exercises. Doesn't slip even on carpets. Carry strap excellent. The flooring at mine is hardwood so this mat has been really helping with protecting my body from the hard floor.

Now that we have a thinner rug in the lounge keeping up with joe wickes was getting to be a bit painful
