I attached handles to the rings to make it easier to use it would be better if the tube came with handles that could be attached i had to rig my own

If you are not used to using these kinds of tubes and resistance you should start with a much stronger pound rating

While these resistance tubesbands are great for free form exercises to build muscles and boost stamina they are unusable without the required accessories such as the exercise handles

The load rating of a resistance band is printed on both terminations for easy identification

As mentioned earlier these resistance bands do not come with any handles the box clearly says handles sold separately since the bands and handles are designed to be interchangeable

This is a necessary device to link up the interchangeable components

But i dont have the handles and when i added up what it would cost to buy a couple more bands and the handles it wasnt worth it to me
