The l. Davis probiotic has drastically improved william davis' mood. His granddaughter, who suffers from acid reflux, now says she has no reflux at all.
Ten tablets, a quart of half and half, two table spoons of potato starch, and 36 hours in the sous vide at 100 f. Makes great-tasting yogurt. Used this to make yogurt.
Cons
The only real way to use these is to eat like half a box per day or to make yogurt. It ends up as curds and whey. It's really shameful that they put so little bacteria per tablet while somehow owning patent on bacteria found in our bodies naturally.

The yogurt heals on so many levels however it did exacerbate my histamine symptoms so im not currently using it

The only thing i did not like about this ruteri product is the chewable tablets are difficult to crush for the yogurt and they do have fillers excipients and 34flavor34 which is a list of things i normally completely avoid in any supplements
