I buy this regularly for my nana who suffers from severe arthritis. It's the only non-medicated gel she has found that works for her pain. I have suffered chronic pain for 12 years with intense sciatica &.
Both my wife and i are delighted with this for muscular aches & pains. This is the third tube i've bought.
