It also helps with eyesight and joint pain. The individual ingredients such as flaxseed and primrose oil along with the dha are all desirable and it’s nice to have them in one supplement.

This is in a tinted plastic bottle with a twist off lid. The lid has a plastic wrap and is sealed so you will know if it has been tampered with.

Two capsules contain 8 mg plus omega 3, 6 & 9 which help with absorption. Vegan sourced omega 3/6/9. I really like the combination of omegas and astaxanthin especially when it comes to my eye health.

Cons

It's popular to take omega 3's and omega 6's, but that's a little shortsighted. I am usually pretty diligent on scrutinizing ingredients and somehow this slipped by me.
