Pros
Glucosamine doesn't cure arthritis, it makes the pain much less and movement much easier. Use for osteo arthritis in fingers, hands and other joints. Recommend for anyone recovering from joint injuries or stiff joints.
Started * and stiffness/pain subsided. Taking these coupled with chiropractic care got me back to my normal running regimen within about 2 weeks. I take a lot of supplements & this is the only one ever where i can absolutely see a result.

While it certainly may do all the other things it is touted for my doctor asked me to take it to increase my body‘s ability to create melanin and prevent antioxidant degeneration of my skin cells

It is not in any way meant to replace sunscreen because the degration of the ozone layer is a very real thing and that is leading to so much more skin cancer however you can’t slather yourself in it as often as you need to
