I did one application and it did indeed kill the stiltgrass

It took about 10 days for it to fully kill the weed but they did die and didnt destroy my fescue lawn

Any other time you are throwing your money away as grabgrass is an annual plant

You will need to apply several times two weeks apart

Do not let the grabgrass plants grow to the point where they can drop seeds

So expect to need to apply more the following year but with only maybe 1 to 2 applications in early june

The following spring make sure you apply grabgrass preventer this is usually a granular product in march and again in april
