This stuff is really thick and looks like the oil i just drained out of my pick up truck when i poured it in a spoon it looked like dirty black motor oil taste very pungent well i did notice one improvement but i am still sceptical after taking 12 different bso products in 7 years cant put my finger on it i think it got over heated in the pressing and burned its a good price i would rather pay a little more and get an oil i dont have suspicions about the hard truth is very few bso companies are rarely consistant that is why i take 3 different brands and i havent had a cold or flew or any sinus problems for 7 years just make sure when buying bso the compay lists on the bottle tq and origin of their seed

The taste is ok not too strong you have to be careful of leakage once u open it and keep a paper towel under the bottle so the oil won’t mess up and thing when it leaks out
