The bottom will not fall out if assembled properly

If there is bend and the corners do not fit neatly it will not stay together correctly or worse fall apart when you add dirt

I had to do some work on several of mine they were bent and if they are not straight it will not go together properly

Yes the packaging sucked and the styrofoam was in small pieces but nothing was so badly damaged that i could not easily fix it

As a side note if you just want something to plant in go to lowes and get the 40 gallon craftsman heavy duty container
