Pros
Bought this because of wifes surgery, rotator cuff right shoulder. Very seriously recommend as a board certified family physician. It compares well to units sold on amazon for over $400.
It hooks up fairly easy but most people do not have a plug in right next to the toilet so you may have to hire an electrician to put an outlet in next to your toilet. Comes in round& elongated.
Toto seats have many more features like automatic lid opening, shampoo, etc. This model (slim two) improves upon its predecessor with heated water and a heated seat as well as a mountable removable remote.

This particular model uses topmounted rubber nuts which it turns out you must twist with the screw partially inserted and use quite a bit of downward pressure to get the 34bulb34 part of the rubber nut through the small toilet seat screw holes
