Cons

The bottle was smashed into many pieces, but no liquid contamination to the item box, nor to the shipping package. There is better silver out there that can help. It says no returns & i have no idea how to get it replaced, don't see an opition!

I think that a good portion of the people praising it are experiencing a placebo effect. Im my opinion, this is quack medication.
