Pros

The 25lb bar is a different diameter bar than the lower weighted ones;5, 8, & 12. Though the circumference is thicker than the weight set i used at the gym, it is still easy to grasp for small to medium sized hands.

Easy to stow under the bed or in the closet. Material is soft but sturdy. The cushioning makes holding them more comfortable. The bar metal is padded.

They were packaged well with the weight distributed as even as possible. My only complaint is that the packaging was awful.

Cons

Packaging destroyed/bar was practically slipping out of both ends. Grip/circumference is way too large for a small woman's grip. The padding on the bar is also damaged.
