Pros

They are easy to grip and sturdy. I need to make my shoulders stronger since i broke my shoulder.

Cons

The stand is extremely flimsy and if you put one of the weights on wrong, the stand topples. There were scuffs and nicks in the neoprene coating. The center of mass on the drill is not optimal for this exercise.
