It takes some pressure to snap on and off so i would not recommend this if you want to constantly take it on and off

The shield is a much safer option versus goggles or glasses considering flying rocks bugs and road debris that can hit you in the face when riding without full coverage

I switched to the 34 but was still stuck with foam backed glasses because of my face shape regular glasses just pressed against my eyes making blinking impossible
