Pros

First time making biltong with this kit. Would definitely recommend. We love biltong and have just purchased a dehydrator so we're hoping to start making our own.

Sandy leaf products are good quality kits and easy to use. Nicely packaged and speedy delivery. The packaging, speed of delivery and quality of product are all excellent. The flavour is amazing!

Obviously you need the right cut of meat but it is far better than the shop bought billtong less salty and more flavoursome
