If you are a bikram yogi or other types of yogi who practices each pose individually having a towel moving around wouldnt be such an issue however for a yogi who constantly moves around on a mat this is a huge issue as some of the other reviewers mentioned

The washing directions say to wash in cold water and not to use dryer sheets with it

Honestly i have brought it to practice with after it has only been out of the washer for a few minutes and just not sprayed it in class and it worked out just fine

It doesnt hold onto odors or get icky every time i take it out of the washer it is fresh and ready to go
