Pros & Cons
Pros
These are just the sexiest boots ever. They fit the bill for my victory octane. A little pricey compared to other boots, but seem well made.
Using this method it takes 20-30 minutes to complete the job.
Is an easy inexpensive mod to keep the bugs off the forks. Have a great retro look, price is sweet, and they do protect the fork seals. I am old, and like the look and think these will keep the seals cleaner and make them last longer.
Cons
Way to snug and will not slide in. Item not as pictured. Only received a partial refund.

I followed another reviewers tip of cutting them lengthwise then gluing together with some locktite brand gel super glue

Once the new seals were installed these gaiters just slip down over the top of the fork tubes
