It is stout made of heavy gauge metal and is far more stable and functional than i had imagined it could be youll note i only gave it three stars for lightness thats not a knock the reason its great is it has some heft to it

It does not slide on floor even when you wish it would to move it you need to lift it

The one downside is the front wheel is free to rotate to either side when the bike is on the mount
