The sunglass mount means they are always in the same position relative to your eye. Others use adhesive for a one time mount to a helmet. I mount the mirror on my helmet, i find that’s a bit more stable then on my sunglasss.

It's easy to bend the mirror frame and swivel the mirror as needed. It rotates where it should (at the mirror end) so you can get the best rear view. It is adjustable in multiple directions.
