Pros
The material is sturdier than other bags. It has an internal bottom stiffener and semi-rigid piping. The zippers are smooth, straps are sturdy and the whole bag feels durable and well made.
The velcro mounting straps do their job very well, and there is no problem with the strap length. It sits very secure and the velcro is relatively quick release. I'm a avid cyclist and for me this bag won't leave you disappointed.

Disappointed by the velcro straps to attach to rack.
The battery is 17lb but that should not matte. This product is fine if you need a temporary cheap bag but it is not durable. It's not completely waterproof.
Kolo sports has odd passive aggressive customer service. Stay away from this merchant. This is not what most cyclists would call a standard trunk bag.
The directions for attaching the bag to the rack are terrible. It is impossible to attach to electra townie 7d tear rack. Even with the included inserts, it appears a bit floppy.

Water did not penetrate the outer layer after a good soaking with a hose though i have yet to submerge the pannier in a tub of water

Bought this bag for my wife’s e bike
We liked it so much we bought the second one for my wife’s bike
It is a bit small for my husband’s larger ebike rack
Being on an ebike though i dont plan on being in any wet weather

Storage capacity is a little low and the water bottle is a bit of a tight squeeze but then again it was the least expensive of the three and it fit the bike

I used it once to hold battery packs and it failed to stay together meaning one side broke off leaving a battery on the ground and the other side slid down totally disconnecting the power to the ebike
