Ig you tighten it don properly it will not move at all while you are riding atleast mine doesnt

The bands cross about 13 the way up which is usable but you have to move them around every now and again to access the touch screen if needed

Does not hold the phone in the same position thoughit will let the phone rotate freely so you have to pull it up when you want to look at it and then it falls down again

The only down side is that i have my galaxy 5 in an otter box and it will not fix with both upper and lower clips in place

I thought it did a fairly good job holding my phone however over extremely rough roads chattering bumps my phone came off and by stupid luck i caught it
