Product is all it says it is. Very sturdy and dependable.
Holds iphone max perfectly, even when bumping along the fairway. Used on golf cart and held phone without any concern. It hold the gps in the position i set.

No slippage of phone or clamp. I'm in full control of how tighly it's gripping, and twisting the bolt closes the clamp like how a wrench works.

The plastic seems like a medium grade and the the claw threads are very wide

The threads allow for a great amount of travel distance with just a few twists but the inverse of that is torquing down before it gives becomes questionable

The tension lock is all the same plastic so the heavier the phone the more concern i would have for sudden jolts creating cantilever force that might eventually cause this joint to fail from fatigue
