Pros & Cons

Pros

This is great for beginners and durable quality. It’s very sturdy and sleek looking.

It is indeed a tad loud but for the price it's exceeds expectations. It's a bit noisy, but that is due to the rear wheel rubbing against the friction wheel and any stand will do this. Especially when sprinting, it is super loud.

I recommend it to anyone who needs a bike trainer and is not looking to spend a ton of money. It works very well, and is a very reasonable price.

Comes with a quick release skewer to make sure it holds your bike well. Adjust tension with the turn of a knob.

Cons

The only way you can increase resistance is by putting your bike in different gears, which isn't increasing resistance at all, just changing the gear ratio. This is just not for mountain bike, knobby tires.
