Pros

The bidet sprayer is very easy to install and comes with clear instructions that even a novice can follow. The installation is very well explained in the manual and videos. Easy to install, price is right and best of all works how it should.

Fit and finish is good, if there's a leak/drip its likely your existing hardware. Easy to install, no leaks, very easy to use. In the package hose and clip to hang the faucet is included.

It has an adjustable pressure setting that allows me to customize the water flow to my liking. It has a pressure adjustment that works great.

Cons

No way to contact the manufacturer through amazon. This is completely unacceptable and makes the item worthless. I can't recommend buying this item, it is a complete waste of money and time.

The rubber one is the only one anchored in the handle. The metal hose is just a sleeve. The cut-off end of the metal sleeve must have nicked the rubber hose inside. Installing the t-valve to the toilet is harder.

Manufacturer needs to redesign the hose connections. Started leaking after a couple of weeks of use on second floor. Water drips out of the spray nozzle.

Its less than 1 year and the shower lever spring gave up

For the price this cant be beat great sprayer gentle yet leaves my tush nice and clean

And guess what all this for just a 19 dollars is the steal of the century

I strongly recommend if you looking for affordable pieces
