Easy to operate and easy to install. Once installed, there shouldn't be any problems. Easy to use, set up and does the job with little effort.

Even when shut off water leaks out of the sprayer head. The shut off valve is waaaay down at the base of the toilet. The valve which they send with product has multiple places leaks can occur from -- best of luck trying to stop them all.

A large portion of drywall in the room below where that toilet is located needs to be replaced due to this faulty product. Product leaks and is poorly made. It leaks everyday.

The bidet handle is cheap plastic with chromium finish. Just another example of a product being built with congenital obsolescence.
