Pros

This is my second biddeford heated mattress pad. The first ones temp. Was just as warm as my old one. This allows me to use it on a automated socket, so the heater turns on each night at about 10:30.

This newer version is much improved. Easy set up & the duel sided controller are extremely convenient.

Analogue bedside controls are very easy to read at night. Works with alexa. I prefer the soft amber light on it.

Each coil has it own plug, with a flat cover on the top. There's a double re-enforced sewn slit for the plug to go through the base and up to the socket. Controller is fixed to the top of the nightstand with white velcro.

Cons

After plugged in for 10 min, does not feel any warmth. Try plugged in another way and still not heating up. Now i realize why my granddaughters never worked.
