This bag has been a pretty tidy solution to my commute apart from the supplied straps to fix it to the handlebars

There are a lot of different options for handle bar roll bag setups most are over 100 with dry bags

I like how the dry bag can be removed and taken to camp if needed and it would be easier to roll up other gear while setting it on the ground

This will get me on the trail and then i can slowly upgrade as needed
