It easily wraps around any tubular object. The included zip ties are fairly robust.

The mount is made of a soft rubber like substance, similar to silicon. The material absorbs vibrations and it supports the watch well without friction. Softer than standard garmin mount, but it is soft and light.

Cons

Doesn't fit well on my bike handlebar. But same thing. Zip tie holes were not punched through.
