It is 3 1/2 inches long which only covers half my bicep, and i have small biceps! Either buy two or buy something else. Would not recommend.

The pictures suggest this brace will cover most of the upper arm which is what i need but the pictures only show the large size which is longer than the small this is in one of the pictures but i didnt clock it

Might want to provide a thicker strap protector as overtightening pinched the skin
