Pros

The 1 1/2 quart souffle dish is the one most souffle recipes are written for. Made a beautiful soufflé with it and was the perfect size. The picture is of a ham and cheese soufflé which was excellent.

It is exactly the size represented, in 7 3/4” diameter, 3 1/2” height. Perfect size for a serving of 4 or 6. Fits perfectly in my 6 quart instant pot.

Cons

Amazon webpage mentions that it’s eligible for return. Arrived with the inner glaze already chipped. Pits, bubbles and inconsistencies on enamel part.
