When it's really miserable out, this is the only thing that works for me. It's been like a miracle to me. Every single one is now a convert!

Pills definitely help with my pollen allergy symptoms, not so much for the dust. I have a juniper allergy and this works great.

They help with pressure and pain and mucus in my sinuses / head. In half a week, i went from clogged, aching head and leaking nose. A go-to product for me for sinus congestion from colds, sinus infections and allergies for well over a decade.

Cons

I have chronic post nasal drip, mucus down the back of the *, drugs and sprays have no effect. Also no effect on mild nose congestion.
