They seem to shorten cold symptoms! Wards off colds of you see them coming but also helps you feel better faster. When i woke later, there were no signs and i was thankful; no one wants to be sick over the holidays!

It really knocks out the flu at its first onset, taken along with vitamin c. Works great for more than just the flu! If i do get duck this is one of my go.

Take at the first sigs of a cold/flu 3 x day. We dissolve 3 tablets in the mouth. We usually start by taking 2 tablets instead of just one.

Bhi/ heel handsdown makes the best homeopathic combinations available. Superior homeopathic medicine. Homeopathy is a wonderful thing that more folks would benefit from if they ever were to try it.

The product that makes a bigger impact is elderberry syrup. Save your money.
