Pros
The skirt is short but she wore leggings and it was fine. It's separate sections of each colored tule with a scrunched up band for the waist. The bow is also well made and stayed on her fine hair.
This tutu is so cute and well made. Otherwise, colors are vibrant and tulle is thick. But other super adorable and would purchase again in different colors.
Cons
It is not one piece like many others i have seen, it has several panels and is uneven.
