Pros
The numbers help me make sure i'm using the same constriction on both arms. They really enhance the presence of the bicep, to where that popping feeling is now much easier to get. Easy to cinch with a hard pull.
The bands look as advertised. This is my second set of leg bands i've purchased as the plastic clasp on the first set broke.
Really like this product, great price, sturdy. The material and buckle are very durable. I love how these are so easy to use and they’re so affordable.
Cons
The * clunky buckle is horribly uncomfortable against your skin. They work to restrict blood flow but so do all the other basic bfrs. The elastic is too light weight to be used with that cam buckle and stand up.

After warm up ill do 3 x 8 heavy squats then put on the bands w much lighter weight do 1x 30 3 x 15 with only 20 sec rest between sets

Btw i couldnt see using the pump straps in the gym just to cumbersome

Not super inconvenient but you do have to use both hands or have someone help i was able to do it alone but there you go

Calf raises cycling etc is ok but if you squat these start to hurt and inhibit your range of motion
