I will say it does cause a bad body odor so i try to limit how much i take but feel the benefits outweigh the bad smell

Good stuff doesnt taste the best but thats not what i care about i care about being fit and being the best me possible my stomach is thinning down i feel good and focused this stuff works but you got to work hard i sweat my ass off and i work hard
