I burn fairly easily and this lotion does a good job at providing protection

I do have to reapply on long runs since its not sweat proof long runs 13 miles but its fine on shorter 6 to 8 mile runs

I feel it provides the protection i need while jogging and lasts as long as stated on the bottle
