Pros
Spinner wheel luggage is lightweight and easy to maneuver. Easy to access all sides of luggage and there are pockets on all sides for smaller items. Zipper works great, easy to expand when needed.
The bright color makes our luggage easy to stop for retrieval. Very sturdy and very roomy.
Price is reasonable compared to purchasing at ross or tj maxx. Will buy more in future. After 2 years it's held up well.
Cons
I am a loyal amazon customer who recommends amazon to everyone, well not anymore. It is hopelessly flawed. Everywhere it is highly praised, this is simply inexcusable.
The only redeeming quality of this purchase goes to amazon, not the luggage manufacturer. It wasn't that they had rough baggage handlers, it is the product is poorly made. What's the point of this luggage if it cannot stand up to the rigors of travel?... Read More
The handle on the small one gets stuck inside the mechanism and fails to pull out at the most inconvenient times. After one leg of the trip there was a huge crack in the largest piece. Today one of the wheels stop spinning.

When im traveling alone and need to use the straps to attach them to each other it often gives me some trouble

As a female its much easier for me to lift the luggage from the top and the bottom than it is to lift it from the side handle or top handle
