Product is so sticky and leaves a tacky residue for hours. It leaves a filmy residue from the gel that i don't like. Itchy and not a very pleasant feel.

    Well i dont know why but off and on different days not everyday i dont know why my ankles and wrists get this stiff inside pressurized feeling though there is no swelling and no inability to move them freely
