Pros
The spray is very effective and doesn't taste too bad. It has a baked apple flavour and slight metallic taste. The flavour is pleasant enough but would try another if there was one available.
This is much easier to press everyday then push out tablets from blister packs &. Take a 500mg vitamin c tablet afterwards, to help with the absorption of iron.
Cons
Tastes nothing like baked apple. Awful waste of money.

Not a massive fan of the flavour got to be honest but it doesn’t stay for long and i generally mask it with the other sprays i have

Packaging/appearance
Other liquid supplements feature excessive packaging but this product is a great alternative
Flavour absorbency and packaging all great honestly i will order again as so easy to spray and go in morning while i do my make up

I used to take 200mg a day so that would total 80 mg absorption

If anyone needs iron infusions you will understand that you have to be practically on your knees before the consultant will prescribe you one
