The darker the complexion the increased need for vit d. It's very quickly and easily absorbed and better than taking lots of tablets. Good absorption with a pleasant taste as well as a great price.
Cons
The bottle is useless. This supplement is not worth the money. I will have to look at vitamin tablets/capsules instead.
