Pros & Cons
Pros
This strainer is stainless steel but has a coating so it hasn't made marks in my white sink. Stainless never stains, matches my sink. It can be sanitized in the dishwasher.
Although the the draught is over for now, i try to not to use the garbage disposer for compostible items. This is probably the best strainer i've ever had ( or my mother ever had! Easy for composting.
Cons
This item is pictured in the advertisement as a sink strainer with a lid. The surface is completely flat so water does not drain out well but collects around the edges. Sits flat in sink so water drains out every slow.
The item rusts within a few months, otherwise performs nicely. Arrived with rust spots. Obviously this is not stainless steel.

As others have mentioned the shape of the edges are rounded so it doesn’t allow it to fit up snugly into the corner of the sink and the holes also don’t drain that well
