It does take a little while to get this fire pit to light though however it could be an issue with a kink in the propane line or something unrelated to the product itself

I have found the ignition a little tricky and learned you have to hold the gas control knob in for few seconds to give the flames a chance to really catch

As others have noted the supplied fabric cover is pretty bad

Same people that mention a hundred times to do a full leak test every time you use the thing and printed the words on the fabric cover to not operate the unit with the cover installed
