Pros
The ends are chunky though. Durability is good. Aswell as quality and gold plated connections!
Bought this for a new monitor for work from home. Flat cable is actually super convenient on a desk to tidy away. I run a bunch of cables through a cable duct so any space saved is good.
Cons
Cable gives out a rubbish picture when on 1080. A users expectation for 4k is hdr, hlg and dolby vision. When i plugged it in i get a green image and if you wiggle it the picture goes out.
The cable is a very stiff 'ribbon' design. The pins are barely in contact, so moving the cable even slightly cuts the signal. It's the single hdmi cable i ever used that doesn't work for connecting a monitor to a pc.
