Either way do not get this because it tastes nastyi recommend what i am taking now which is jay robb protein since it has similar numbers and tastes so much better
I bought this because everything on the nutritional facts seemed perfect but when i had the fist taste
I seriously think that they left out an ingredient on the label which is either dried beef blood because it had that nasty kind of metalic taste or maybe beef
