I remembered these mats were used in cars to prevent cellphones from sliding off dashboards and thought that it might solve the cpap sliding issue

I would also suggest cleaning the area where you want to place it because if you dont the mat will just pick up any of the debris and wont stick as well you can always move it from one place to another as it does not use any adhesive that would make it stay in one place only
