The issue is that i had not realised this mat does not fold or roll up so it arrived in an enormous flat cardboard box

Also included are some felt squares which when clipped together in the corners with the press studs become little open topped boxes to use to sort puzzle pieces in to

I prefer this to the hinged cover style ones as it takes up far less room and is less precarious

The felt backing and lid design grips the pieces to the board better than the others and doesn’t split up any puzzle sections you’ve already put together

Although i was surprised that it doesn’t fold or roll luckily the slim profile means it can be relatively easily tucked away when not in use
